 In this case the photographer Jacqueline McDonald 
or Grahame Carter are the author.

Copyright (1) protects against unauthorised reproduction 
of our photographs, (2) entitles the copyright owner to 
economic benefit and (3) seeks a fair balance between 
the authors and users of protected materials.

We as the photographers automatically own the copyright 
in any work that we have created; 
we do not need to register it, declare it, or anything else.
